Health Care Providers offers 3 health insurance plans for part time hospital employees and retirees
Each of the 3 HCP plans has a variety of coverage options and varying levels of coverage.
Each applicant is eligible for only one plan at any given time based on his or her age and average
number of hours worked per week.

Here is a summary of the different coverage levels and options that may be available
to you within the health plan you are eligible for.
(Note: Optional additional Life Insurance and LTD may be added to Plan 1. Additional hospital and health care coverage may be added to all plans. EAP is included with all plans.)
